My name is Nurlan Kudaibergenovich Mashrapov and I was born on the 14th of January, 1956 Zhanaul, Sherbakty district, Pavlodar region. In 1972 I have finished secondary school and entered Pavlodar Industrial Institute which I have graduated in 1977. In 1978-1984 worked as an electrician at the industrial enterprises of the region. From 1984 till 1994 I have worked in Pavlodar Chemical-mechanical College as a deputy director. In 1993 I finished Almaty state Institute of Management, Economics and Prognostication and had “Economist-organizer of production” specialization. In 1994-1997 I worked in a position of head “Makhambet” small company. In 1997-2001 I headed business support of the head of Pavlodar.

Машрапов Нұрлан Құдайбергенович, 1956 жылының 14 қантар күні Павлодар облысы Щербақты ауданы Жаңаауыл ауылында тудым. 1972 жылы мектеп бітіріп, Павлодар индустриалды институтының энергетика факультетіне түсіп, 1977 жылы тәмамдадым. Инженер-электрик мамандығына ие болдым. 1978-1984 жылдары Павлодар облысының өндіріс мекемелерінде инженер-электрик болып істедім.
