Kazybek Gulmira Kudaibergenkyzy finished Kazakh secondary school №12 named after S.М.Kirov in 1985 in Almaty city.
From 1985 to 1990 was the student of the Kazakh state university named after S.М.Kirov. After graduating the philological faculty with excellence she worked as a teacher. In 1996 became the laureate of the International premium named after Zhambyl as the youngest scientist. In 1999 she defended thesis on a theme "A.B.Vasyliev is a collector, publisher and researcher of Kazakh verbal work". During 2002-2004 academic year she became the owner of scholarship of talented young scientists.
Basic direction of scientific researches and methodological study works is questions of verbal work and the theory and practice of the history of translation. G.K.Kazybek the author of monographs, eighteenth study aids, five reading-books, six methodical developments, five model programs and more than sto scientific articles. In 1999 she published study aid the "Theoretical problems of artistic translation", and in 2001 together with a professor К.Alpysbaev published textbook "the Theory and practice of Kazakh translation". And also published train aid : "Introduction to translation studies", "the Practice of artistic translation", "Theory of artistic translation", "Feature of literary translation", "Introduction to specialty" and six reading-books. In 2003 the monograph of " A.B.Vasyliev is a researcher of folk work" was published. G.K.Kazybek gives lectures and conducts seminar on such discipline, as "Theory and practice of artistic translation".
From 1990 she heads pedagogical practice of the faculty students.
From 1996 to 2001 active member of trade-union organization and methodical advice of faculty. In 2002-2003she was a chairman of research work of students.
From 2003 to 2013she is a deputy dean on educational and educator work.
2013-2014 she is an acting of faculty of philology, literary criticism and world languages. In 2015, Professor of the Department of Foreign Language and Translation Studies.
