Autobiography
Yakubov Maksadkhan Sultaniyazovich was born on March 27, 1955 in a family of employees in the village of Sairam of the Chimkent region. In 1961 I went to the first class of secondary school im.Frunze №4. After graduating from school in 1972, the Lenin Tashkent State University, Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, entered.
In 1977 he graduated from the university with a degree in computational mathematics. After graduating from university, he worked at the Institute of Cybernetics of Uzbekistan's NGOs as an engineer, senior engineer. In 1979, he entered graduate school, became a candidate of science with a degree in Technical Cybernetics and Information Theory. After completion, graduate school worked there as a junior researcher, senior researcher. In 1988-1989 he completed an internship at the Leningrad Institute of Informatics and Automation of the USSR Academy of Sciences. In 1989, he worked as a leading researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, then he entered a doctoral program, defended his doctoral dissertation and received a degree in engineering sciences in the specialty of “Management in technical systems”; control systems". In 1990, he worked as chief researcher, head of the laboratory "Adaptive Systems". In 1993-1995 He worked as the head of the Department of Environmental Management Problems of the Council for the Study of Productive Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1995-1996 worked in the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 1996 to 2007, he worked as the head of the department "Computer science, computer engineering and communications" of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in 2000 he received the rank of colonel. Since 2008, he worked as the head of the department of "Electronic Commerce", and now as a professor at the Department of "Information Technology".
Author of more than 150 scientific papers, monographs, textbooks. He prepared a dozen candidates and doctors of science, participating in various competitions of scientific projects.
Scientific directions: Electronic commerce, Electronic government, Digital diplomacy, Digital economy, State and information security, Integration of education-science-production, Systems of flexible management. Innovative technologies.
Married, have four children.
