Director of the International Educational, Methodological, Scientific and Innovative Academy for the Development of Education, Science and Culture "Altyn Globus". Head of the Republican Scientific and Methodological Research Center named after Kanipa Bitibayeva, chief researcher. Chief editor of more than ten scientific, pedagogical, methodical, literary and creative magazines certified by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He worked as a researcher at the Research Institute for Problems of Biology and Biotechnology.
He is the winner of many republican and international competitions, olympiads, scientific conferences, the developer of the author's program "Abishtanu" for students of the 10th grade of secondary schools. Twice became the owner of a scholarship from the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded scholarships from the Foundation for the Development of the State Language.
