Autobiography

Nurken Turarovich Baikadamov was born on June 19, 1966 in the village Lai-Bulak, Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1983 he graduated from the Predgornensky secondary school of the Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region and in the same year he entered the Semipalatinsk fur and fur technical school of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in commodity science of fur and fur raw materials.

 After finishing the 1st course in November 1984, he was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of the SA. After demobilization in December 1986, he continued his studies at the above-mentioned educational institution.

In 1987, after graduating from a technical school, he began his career in his specialty in the Kostanay region. From 1993 to 1998, he studied at Kostanai State University, specializing in economist-manager. In 2001, he was hired by the Kostanai Social Academy as a teacher of economic disciplines.

During the 2003 admission campaign, Nurken Turarovich worked as executive secretary of the Admissions Committee. In September 2003, he was elected vice- dean for educational work at the Faculty of Economics, Law and Management. In 2003, he received the position of senior lecturer, and in 2007 - the title of associate professor of the Department of Economics and Management.

 From 2004 to 2007, he studied at the magistracy of the Ural State Technical University of Ural State Technical University (UPI) in the city of Ekaterinburg,  Russia, specializing in Management. From 2006 to 2010, the applicant for the academic title of candidate of economic sciences KazEU named after Turar Ryskulov, Almaty, and in May 2010 he successfully defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences. Since 2004, he has consistently held the following positions as: vice-dean of the Faculty of Law, Head of the Department of State and Local Administration, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Vice-Rector for Educational Work, Head of the Department of Economics and Management. In 2014-2019, he worked as dean of the faculty of Economics, Law and Management.

Since September 2019, he was elected by competition to the position of vice-rector for educational work and public relations. In 2016, Baikadamov N.T. was awarded the academic title and position of professor at the Department of Economics and Management. In February 2020, Baikadamov N.T. was elected a full member of the International Academy of Informatization with the award of the title of academician.

The list of published works of N. Baikadamov consists of more than 30 scientific works, of which 4 articles are published in leading scientific journals recommended by the list of KKSON MES RK, 7 study guides, 1 monography, has 1 scientific publication of an article with impact factor in international journal “The International Jornal of Energy Economics and Policy”. He is constantly engaged in the management of the research work of students and undergraduates. In 2004-2019, under his leadership, more than 40 dissertations and master's theses were defended.

 Over the period of work, he has many encouragements: University Certificates of Appreciation, Letters of Appreciation and Certificates of Honor of the Akim of Kostanay (2010, 2011, 2012), Certificate of Honor of the Kostanay Regional Maslikhat (2011, 2017), “Algys” from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2017), Certificate of honor of akim of Kostanai region (2018).
