1.   Methods were developed for obtaining a bituminous binder for road materials by modifying them with various polymers, new composite asphalt concrete mixtures based on a modified binder and some mineral fillers were obtained. The experimental results were tested for the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt-concrete mixtures at the Kazakhstan Road Research Institute (KazDorNII). Experimental tests have been carried out at JSC Asphalt-concrete-1 and test reports have been obtained for producing fine-grained asphalt concrete mixtures.
