Aimenov Zhambul Talkhayevich

Doctor of Technical Sciences (1996), Professor (1999), Academician,

Honored Worker of Kazakhstan (2006)

Aimenov Zhambul Talkhayevich was born in 1955 in the village of Vannovka, Tyulkubas district, South Kazakhstan region. After finishing secondary school No. 7 in Shymkent in 1971, he entered Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute which he graduated with honors in 1976 and was left there to teach. In 1978-1982 he studied in the postgraduate school in Kuibyshev Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering and defended his dissertation of candidate of sciences.

In 1982-1985 he worked as a vice-dean of faculty in Dzhambul Irrigation and Drainage Construction Institute, chairman of the trade union committee, chairman of the council of young scientists and specialists of the institute and Dzhambul regional committee of Komsomol.

Aimenov Zh.T. since 1985 worked as an associate professor, vice-dean of faculty in Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute, and in 1988-1993 as a dean of Construction and Technological Faculty. Since 1988 he was rector of “University of Technical Progress in Construction and Economic Knowledge” in South Kazakhstan region.

In 1993-1997 he worked as a vice-rector for scientific work in Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute.

In 1996 Aimenov Zh.T. defended his doctoral dissertation on alternative use of solar energy in the technology of concrete products on mobile units in Tomsk Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Russia) in the specialty “Industrial and Civil Engineering”. In this specialty, this was the second doctoral dissertation of Kazakhstani scientists.

Aimenov Zh.T. since 1997 worked as a vice-rector for educational work in Shymkent Institute of Kh.A. Yassawi International Kazakh Turkish University, since 2004 as a vice-president of this university, since 2006 as a director of Institute of Natural Science and Medicine, since 2007 as a director of Institute of Humanities and Business in this university, and since 2008 as a vice-president. From 2012 to 2018 he worked as the first vice-rector of M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University. Since 2019, he has been working as a director of Research Institute of Natural and Technical Sciences in M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University and chairman of Shymkent branch of Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences.

In 1996 Aimenov Zh.T. was elected a member of International Academy of Ecology and Nature Management (Moscow), in 1999 – a member of Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, International Academy of Psychology, Entrepreneurship and Management (St. Petersburg), International Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (Moscow). In 2009 he was elected a member of National Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2013 – a member of International Academy of Psychological Sciences (Moscow), and in 2015 – a member of International Academy of Informatization.

Aimenov Zh.T. performs scientific and methodological work. He is the author of more than 400 works, including 2 textbooks published by the Ministry of Higher Education of the USSR (Moscow), 2 monographs published by the publishing house “Gylym”, a total of six monographs, 8 textbooks and 20 teaching aids were published. He is the author of 3 certificates for invention and 2 patents. In 2015, by the decision of International Public Academy of Authors of Scientific Discoveries and Inventions (Moscow) Aimenov Zh.T. was recognized as the author of a scientific discovery with the presentation of Diploma of author of discovery No. 478.

Aimenov Zh.T. was a member of Dissertation Councils of Alma-Ata NIIstromproekt, Korkyt-Ata Kyzyl-Orda State University, Gumilyov Eurasian National University, M. Auezov SKU. He prepared 3 candidates of sciences, more than 20 masters of sciences, prepares doctoral students. He was a member of the editorial board of scientific journals “Khabarshy” (Bulletin of IKTU), since 2013 – a member of the editorial board of the republican journal “Science and Education of South Kazakhstan”, “Bulletin of Science” (M. Auezov SKU).

He supervised budgetary and contractual research works included in the Republican R&D programs, the results of which were marked with diplomas of Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy of KazSSR, merit certificates of the State Committee for Construction of KazSSR, Shymkent regional committee of Komsomol. Scientific works of students supervised by him were awarded with certificates of honor of several All-Union conferences.

The results of scientific works of Aimenov Zh.T. were introduced with great economic effect in the Republican design and construction organizations, including during the construction of Big Alma-Ata channel, Irtysh-Karaganda channel and many construction and irrigation facilities in South Kazakhstan region.

The results of scientific research of Professor Aimenov Zh.T. were reported at International conferences in Germany, Japan, USA, Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and other CIS countries and accepted for implementation.

Scientific projects of Aimenov Zh.T. won grants from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013 and 2015 years. Their scientific results were reported at international scientific conferences in Germany (Weimar, 2014) and in Japan (Fukuoko, 2015) and published.

The main direction of scientific research of Professor Aimenov Zh.T. is the use of solar energy as an alternative source of energy in the technology of building materials and binders, the use of various man-made wastes for production of building materials and binders from local materials.

Aimenov Zh.T. carries out a great deal of work on commercialization of results of applied scientific research together with business partners, as well as on improving the University’s indicators in the world ranking of universities of the QS agency.

Aimenov Zh.T. is a scientist with great organizational skills and great practical experience. His scientific and labor activity has been marked by many awards: Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1993); Honorary badge “Excellence in Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (1996); Honorary citizen of Otyrar district of South Kazakhstan region, Medal “10 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan”; Medal “Honorary Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2004); Certificate of honor of akim of SKR (2004); Certificate of honor of regional maslikhat of SKR (2004); Medal named after Y. Kapitsa “To the author of scientific discovery” (2015); Medal “20 years to the Assembly of peoples of Kazakhstan” (2015); Medal “Eren enbegi ushin” “Qurmet-AB” (2015); Medal “25 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2016); Medal named after N. Torekulov (2017); Certificate of honor of regional maslikhat of Turkestan region (2019); Certificate of honor of maslikhat of Shymkent (2019); Medal “Qurmet” (2020); Letter of gratitude from N. Nazarbayev, Yelbasy, chairman of “Nur Otan” party (2021).

In 2006, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aimenov Zh.T. was awarded the honorary title “Honored Worker of Kazakhstan” for merits in the development of science and education in Kazakhstan.

In 2007-2012, Aimenov Zh.T. was elected a deputy of the regional maslikhat of South Kazakhstan region, was a delegate to the XII and XIII congresses of “Nur-Otan” party.

Айменов Жамбул Талхаевич

Айменов Жамбул Талхаевич родился в 1955г. в с.Ванновка Тюлькубасского района ЮКО. После окончания СШ №7 г.Шымкента в 1971г. он поступил Казахский химико-технический институт, который окончил с отличием в 1976г. и был оставлен на преподавательскую работу. В 1978-1982 годах обучался в аспирантуре в МИСИ им. В.Куйбышева и защитил диссертацию кандидата наук.

В 1982-1985 г.г работал зам.декана факультета Джамбулского гидромелиоративно-строительного института, председателем профкома, также председателем совета молодых ученых и специалистов института и Джамбульского областного комитета комсомола.

Айменов Ж.Т. с 1985г. работал доцентом, зам.декана факультета КазХТИ, а в 1988-1993 г.г деканом строительно-технологического факультета. С 1988г. был ректором университета «Технического прогресса в строительстве и экономических знаний» ЮКО.

В 1993-1997 г.г работал проректором по научной работе КазХТИ.

В 1996 г. Айменов Ж.Т. в Томской архитектурно-строительной академии (Россия) по специальности «Промышленное и гражданское строительство» защитил докторскую диссертацию по альтернативному использованию солнечной энергии в технологии бетонных изделий на мобильных установках. По этой специальности эта была вторая докторская диссертация Казахстанских ученых.

Айменов Ж.Т. с 1997 г.  работал проректором учебной работе с Шымкентского института Международного казахско-турецкого университета им. Х.А.Яссави, с 2004 г. вице- президентом этого университета, с 2006 г. директором института Естествознания и медицины, с 2007 г. директором института Гуманитарных наук и бизнеса этого университета, а с 2008г. – вице президентом. С 2012 г. по 2018 г. работал первым проректором ЮКУ им.М. Ауэзова. С 2019 г. работает директором НИИ Естественно-технических наук ЮКУ им.М. Ауэзова и председателем Шымкентского филиала Казахстанской Национальной Академии Естественных наук.

Айменов Ж.Т. 1996г. избран членом Международной академии экологии и природопользования (г.Москва), в 1999г. членом Академии естественных наук РК, Международной академии психологии, предпринимательства и менеджмента (Петербург), Международной академии педагогических наук (Москва). В 2009 г. избран членом Национальной академии Естественных наук РК, в 2013г. членом Международной академии психологических наук (г.Москва), а в 2015г. членом Международной академии информатизации.

Айменов Ж.Т. выполняет научные и методические работы. Он автор более 400 трудов, в т.ч, 2 учебников изданных в Минввузе СССР (г.Москва), 2 монографиий, изданных в издательстве «Ғылым», всего изданно шесть монографий, 8 учебников и 20 учебных пособий. Он автор 3 свидетельств на изобретение и 2 патентов. В 2015г. решением Международной общественной академии авторов научных открытий и изобретений (г. Москва) Айменов Ж.Т. был признан автором научного открытия с вручением диплома автора открытия №478.

Айменов Ж.Т. был членом диссертационных Советов Алма-Атинского НИИстромпроекта, Кызыл-Ординского госуниверситета им.Коркыт-Ата, Евразийского Национального университета им.Гумилева, ЮКУ им.М.Ауезова. Он подготовил 3 кандидатов наук, более 20 магистрантов, готовит докторантов. Был членом редколлегии научных журналов «Хабаршы» (Вестник МКТУ), С 2013г. член редколлегии республиканского журнала «Наука и образование Южного Казахстана», «Вестник науки» (ЮКУ им.М. Ауэзова).

Он руководил бюджетными и хоздоговорными научно-исследовательскими работами, включенных в Республиканские программы НИР, результаты которых были отмечены дипломами ВДНХ Каз ССР, грамотами Госкомитета по Строительству Каз ССР. Шымкентского обкома комсомола. Руководимые им научные работы студентов были отмечены Почетными грамотами нескольких Всесоюзных конференций.

Результаты научных работ Айменова Ж.Т. были внедрены с большим экономическим эффектом по Республиканских проектных и строительных организациях, в том числе при строительстве Большого Алма Агинского канало канала Иртыш-Караганда и многих строительных н ирригационных объектов ЮКО.

Результаты научных исследований профессора Айменова Ж.Т. были доложены на Международных конференциях Германии, Японии, США, России. Болгарин, Украины, Узбекистана и других стран СНГ и приняты к внедрению.

Научные проекты Айменова Ж.Т. выиграли гранты МОН РК 2013г. в 2015г. Их научные результаты были доложены на международных научных конференциях в Германии (г.Веймар, 2014г.) и в Японии (г. Фукуоко, 2015г.) и опубликованы.

Основное направление научных исследований профессора Айменова Ж.Т. это использование солнечной энергии в качестве альтернативного источника энергии в технологии строительных материалов и вяжущих, использование различных техногенных отходов для производства строительных материалов и вяжущих из местных материалов.

Айменов Ж.Т. проводит большую работу по коммерциализации результатов прикладных научных исследований совместно с бизнес партнерами а также по улучшению показателей Университета в мировом рейтинге вузов агентства QS.

Айменов Ж.Т. ученый с большими организаторскими способностями и большим практическим опытом. Eгo научная и трудовая деятельность отмечена многими наградами: Почетная грамота Минобразования РК (1993 г.). Почетный знак «Отличник образования РК» (1996 г.); Почетный гражданин Отырарского района ЮКО, Медаль «10 лет независимости РК»; Медаль «Почетный работник образования РК» (2004 г.); Почетная грамота акима ЮКО (2004 г.); Почетная грамота областного маслихата ЮКО (2004 г.); Медаль имени Ы.Алтынсарина МОН РК (2006 г.); «Почетный гражданин г. Туркестан» (2008 г.); Почетная грамота Областного маслихата ЮКО (2010 г.); Почетная грамота ЮКФ НДП «Нұр-Отан» (2010 г.); Почетная грамота Южно-Казахстанской области (2010 г.); Почетная грамота ЮКОФ НДП Нур-Отан (2010г.); Медаль «20 лет независимости РК.» (2012г.). Благодарственное письмо Президента РК (2012г.), Медаль «За заслуги в развитии ЮКО» (2012г.), Медаль МОН РК «За заслуги в развитии спорта» (2013г.), Почетная Грамота МОН РК (2013г.), Медаль Международной академии психологических наук за Научные заслуги «Человеческий фактор» (2013г.), Медаль МОН РК «За заслуги в развитии науки» (2013г.), Медаль Совета министров обороны государств СНГ «В память 25 летия оканчания боевых действий в Афганистане» (2014г.), Медаль союза «Ветеранов афганцев» «Батыр шапагаты» (2014г.). Медаль АЕНРФ им.Л.П.Капицы «Автору научного открытия» (2015г.), Медаль «20 лет Ассамблеи народов Казахстана» (2015г.), Медаль «Ерен еңбегі үшін» ОО «Ourmet-AB» (2015г.). Медаль «25 лет Независимости РК» (2016г.), Медаль им. Н.Торекулова (2017г.), Почетная грамота обл.маслихата Туркестанской области  (2019г.), Почетная грамота маслихата г.Шымкента (2019г.), орден «Құрмет» (2020г.)0г.), «Алғыс хат» Елбасы, Председателя партии «Nur Otan» Н.Назарбаева (2021г.).

В 2006г. Указом Президента РК Айменову Ж.Т. за заслуги в развитии науки и образования Казахстана было присвоено почетное звание «Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген қайраткері».

B 2007-2012 г.г. Айменов Ж.Т. избирался депутатом областного маслихата ЮКО, был делегатом XII и XIII съездов партии «Нур-Отан».
