Zigangirov Sergey Anatolyevich was born on March 21, 1972 in Pavlodar region, the city of Pavlodar. Married. Three children.
In 1991, he graduated from the Pavlodar Installation College with a degree in mechanical engineering.
In 1991, he entered S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. In 1996, he graduated from the University with a degree in Foundry Machinery and Technology.
From 2000 to 2002, he studied at the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations, majoring in Jurisprudence.
From 2002 to 2004, he studied at the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations, majoring in Economics and Enterprise Management.
In 2016, he graduated from Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov (Master's degree) with an academic degree of Master of Social Knowledge in the specialty «Political Science».
