Autobiography
Utepkaliev Serik was born on november 29, 1952 in the village of Utera, Dengiz district, Guryev region, into a peasant family. In 1961, he entered a secondary school in the village of Uthera, and in 1970 he entered the school name F. Engels in the village of Safonovka. He graduated from high school in 1970 and entered the faculty of physics and mathematics of the Guryev pedagogical institute. He graduated from a higher educational institution in 1974 with honors in the specialty "Teacher of Mathematics". He received his professional education at the institute as the owner of the "Spedia named after Lenin".
In 1974, he got a job at the Guryev scientific research institute of Oil and Natural Gas.
In 1974-1976 he worked as a junior researcher, in the same years he underwent a scientific internship at the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
In 1976-1977 he taught mathematics at secondary school №13 of the city of Atyrau.
Since 1977, he worked at the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University as a teacher, associate professor, department of algebra and geometry, currently holds the position of professor of the department "Mathematics and methods of teaching mathematics".
In 1986-1989, Serik Utepkalievich studied at the graduate school of the Leningrad University. Herzen (now St. Petersburg).
In 1998, Serik Utepkalievich worked at the Russian Academy of Education. Defended his dissertation work on the topic "Methods of teaching students to independently solve text problems" at the dissertation council, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia, and t hen by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan he was awarded the title of candidate of pedagogical sciences.
Serik Utepkalievich Professor of Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov and Professor of the Russian Academy of natural Sciences, Honorary Doctor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
Serik Utepkalievich takes an active part in the public works of the city of Atyrau, the university, he has been a member of the regional election commission for many years, in 1993-1996 he was the deputy dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, in 1998-2000 he held the position of executive secretary of the admission committee of the university, dean of physics - Faculty of Mathematics and Mathematics in 1 998-2000.
Serik Utepkalievich is the author of 2 textbooks, 5 teaching aids, at present he has published more than 100 scientific and methodological articles in domestic and foreign publications.
Утепкалиев Серик Утепкалиевич неоднократно награжден Министра образования и науки Республики Казахстан дипломом, почетными грамотами и благодарственными письмами областной и городской администрации, медалями «Лидер образования», «Народный учитель», лауреат I степени «Лучший педагог-наставник» в номинации Международного «Лучший наставник». - 2020». Российской Академии Естествознания присвоено звание «Заслуженный деятель науки и образования», обладатель золотой медали «Европейское качество», золотой медали «Исаак Ньютон», золотой медали «В.И. Вернадский», его книга «Математика», для студентов подготовительного курса (казахском, русском и английском языках), вошла в специальный каталог на международной выставке «BOOKEXPO AMERICA 2019», награждена сертификатом и золотой медалью «BOOKEXPO AMERICA», орденом «Лучший педагог КР - 2020», золотая медаль «Халел Досмухамедов», сертификат «Объединение профсоюза работников образования и науки РК», медалью РАЕ «За инновационную деятельность в области высшего образования», награжден золотой медалью «За верность традициям народного образования».
