Omsk State Pedagogical University (2016). Specialty: theory and methodology of vocational education. Qualification: Master's degree (pedagogical education);
Professional development program for civil servants at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan: organization of the educational process on credit technology in state educational institutions (2011).
Service and work experience.
Military service: in various command and staff positions from platoon commander to Head of the Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (30 years).
Nternational activity: representation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the CSTO Joint Headquarters (3 years).
Scientific activity: National Defense University named after the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy: Head of the Research Department, senior researcher at the Military Research Center (9 years).
