She was born on September 22, 1982 in the Karaganda region.

In the period of 1999-2004, she graduated with honors from KSTU with a degree in Standardization and certification, and in 2009 with a degree in Electric power engineering. In 2013, he was awarded a master of technical science degree in "Electric power engineering". In 2020, she graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University with a degree in Photonics, instrumentation, optical and biotechnical systems and technologies (2016-2020). In 2021, she successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis in the specialty 05.11.13 - "Instruments and methods for monitoring the natural environment, substances, materials and products" at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Russia) with the degree of candidate of technical sciences. In 2022, she was elected a full member (Academician) of the International Informatization Academy.

Since 2004, he has been working at the at Karaganda State Technical University (now Karaganda Technical University named after A. Saginov) at the Department of "Power supply and electrical engineering" (now "Energy systems"), as an assistant, teacher, senior teacher. Since 2020 I have been the head of the Energy Systems Department.

In the period from 2012 to 2020y. was the contractor on the topics of grant funding of scientific research: "Development and introduction into production of domestic information-measuring system for determining the concentration of methane", "Development of methods of increasing the efficiency of heating systems HCS with the establishment of optimal thermal parameters", "Micro thermal power plant Coverciano type with heat recovery". The main directions of research conducted by is the development of an innovative power supply system for communication and telecommunications devices based on high-tech technology, as well as research on the creation of an intelligent fiber-optic sensor for monitoring the deformation of mining operations.

During his career, there are more than 150 printed scientific and methodological works published in the leading publications of Kazakhstan, Russia, including those included in the Scopus, Thomson Reuters databases, materials of international and republican conferences. 4 monographs and 7 textbooks have been published, 2 of which are recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 18 textbooks, 2 of them are recommended by the Educational and Methodological Association of Republican Educational and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. H- index: Scopus - 5, WoS - 5. (Scopus Author ID - 56252099900, WoS Researcher ID - V-2303-2018).

In 2018, the rector of of KarTU the University awarded the diploma of the 3rd degree for a special contribution to the development of the University as "the Best young scientist-innovator". Winner of the grant "Best University teacher" - 2018.

Нешина Елена Геннадьевна

Родилась 22 сентября 1982 года в Карагандинской области.

В период 1999-2004 гг. окончила с отличием КарГТУ по специальности «Стандартизация и сертификация», в 2009 по специальности «Электроэнергетика». В 2013 г. присуждена степень магистр технических наук по специальности  «Электроэнергетика». В 2020 г. окончила аспирантуру Томского политехнического университета по специальности «Фотоника, приборостроение, оптические и биотехнические системы и технологии» (2016-2020гг).  В 2021 году успешно защитила кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности 05.11.13 – «Приборы и методы контроля природной среды, веществ, материалов и изделий» в Национальном исследовательском Томском политехническом университете (Россия) с присвоением ученой степени кандидата технических наук.  В 2022 году избрана действительным членом (Академиком) Международной академии информатизации.

С 2004 года работаю в Карагандинском государственном техническом университете (ныне Карагандинский технический университет им. А.Сагинова) на кафедре «Электроснабжение и электротехника» (ныне «Энергетические системы»), в должности ассистента, преподавателя, старшего преподавателя. С 2020 года являюсь заведующим кафедрой «Энергетические системы».

В период с 2012 по 2020 гг. являлась исполнителем  по темам грантового финансирования научных исследований: «Разработка и внедрение в производство отечественной информационно-измерительной системы для определения концентрации метана», «Разработка методов повышения эффективности систем теплоснабжения ЖКХ с установлением оптимальных теплотехнических параметров», «Микро тепловая электростанция когерационного типа с рекуперацией тепла». Основными направлениями проводимых научных исследований являются разработка инновационной системы энергообеспечения устройств связи и телекоммуникации на основе наукоемкой технологии, а также исследования по созданию интеллектуального волоконно-оптического датчика для контроля деформации горных выработок.

За время трудовой деятельности имеется более 150 печатных научных и методических трудов, опубликованных в ведущих изданиях Казахстана, России, в том числе  входящих в базы Scopus, Thomson Reuters, материалах международных и республиканских конференций. Изданы 4 монографии и 7 учебников, из них 2 рекомендованных МОН РК; 18 учебных пособий, 2 из них рекомендовано Учебно-методическим объединением РУМС МОН РК. Индекс Хирша: Scopus – 5, WoS – 5. В 2018 году ректором Карагандинского государственного технического  университета награждена грамотой 3 степени за особый вклад в развитие Университета как «Лучший молодой ученый-инноватор».  Обладатель гранта «Лучший преподаватель вуза» - 2018.
