Autobiography
Khabdullin Asset. I was born on 03.09.1985 in the city of Rudny, Kostanay region. In 2002 I graduated from secondary school №4 with in-depth study of mathematics, in 2007 - from the Rudny Industrial Institute with a degree in Power Supply (by industry). From 2007 to the present, I have been working at the Rudny Industrial Institute.
In 2009 I graduated from the Kostanay State University. A. Baitursynov with a degree in Jurisprudence, and in 2010 graduated from the Rudny Industrial Institute with a degree in Economics
I worked in different positions: from September 01, 2007 to September 1, 2008, a teacher of the Department of Electric Power and Heat Power Engineering, from October 2008 to March 2009, an intern at the Department of Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University). From April 1, 2009 to June 30, 2012, I studied in full-time postgraduate studies at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution “National Research University“ MPEI ”(Moscow, Russian Federation). From September 01, 2012 to the present - Dean of the Faculty of Energy and Information Systems.
In June 2012, I defended PhD. thesis on the topic "Optimization of the operating modes of power supply systems according to the static characteristics of power and load losses" for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 05.09.03 - Electrical complexes and systems at FSBEI HPE "National Research University" ( MEI), as evidenced by the supporting documents dated 03/11/2013.
By the decision of the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 19, 2016 (order No. 377), the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) was awarded in the specialty "Electric Power Engineering"
According to the national rating of the demand for universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan by areas and levels of training of specialists in 2017 prepared by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating A.B. Khabdullin. entered the TOP-50 of the General rating of teaching staff of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2017 (46th place)
Khabdullin A.B. is the owner of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The best teacher of the university - 2016"
In December 2017, in honor of the celebration of Independence Day, I was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his individual contribution to the education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
June 30, 2017 awarded the diploma of JSC National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise for high scientometric indicators and publication activity in the field of green energy.
In 2013 I entered the "Golden Book of Kostanay region" in the nomination "Young Scientist".
Khabdullin A.B. was the head of the topic for grant financing on the topic "Development of energy-saving methods for optimizing the operating modes of power supply systems in order to minimize power and load losses" for 2015-2017.
Khabdullin A.B. was the executor of research topics for grant funding: "Energy saving in industry and housing and communal services based on the introduction of renewable energy sources" in 2012; "Development of information systems to support decision-making in the formation of effective technological schemes for stabilizing the qualities of minerals" for 2012-2014;

8 teaching aids have been prepared and developed. The developed UMKD and electronic textbooks of more than 20 titles are used in the educational process.
