Autobiography
Olena Beskorsa was born in Soviansk (Ukraine). She has the degree of higher education. In 2005 she graduated from Sloviansk State Pedagogical University, specialty “Pedagogy and Methodology of Secondary Education. Language and Literature (English, German)” and got the qualification of language (English, German) and world literature teacher (diploma with honors NK No. 28194568 dated August 1, 2005).
Between 2005 and 2009 she worked as a teacher of English at Sloviansk secondary school No. 15.
Between 2009 and 2013 O. Beskorsa was a PhD student at the Department of Pedagogy at Sloviansk State Pedagogical University.
On the 6th of June in 2013, at the specialized Academic Council of Kharkiv Skovoroda National Pedagogical University, she defended the thesis for getting the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD in Pedagogy). The thesis theme: “The Development of Learning Style of Senior Students at Secondary Comprehensive School”, specialty 13.00.09 – learning theory (diploma DK No. 016215 dated October 10, 2013).
Since September 2013 she has been working as associate professor of the Department of Primary Education Theory and Practice at SHEI “Donbas State Pedagogical University”.
In 2018 she got the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Primary Education Theory and Practice at SHEI “Donbas State Pedagogical University” (AD No. 001484 dated December 18, 2018).
Beskorsa is the Executive Editor of the electronic scientific journal, included in Category B of the list of scientific specialized publications of Ukraine: “Professionalism of the Teacher: Theoretical and Methodological Aspects” (http://pptma.dn.ua/index.php/uk/). She has about 60 publications, including 3 publications in journals included in the database Web of Science, 1 chapter in the collective monograph.
At the high scientific-theoretical and educational-methodical level he teaches academic disciplines: “Practical Grammar of the German Language”, “Country Study of English-Speaking Countries”. “Practice of Oral and Written Speech (English)”, “Pedagogical Technologies at Primary School”, “Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages”.
