Biography
Nuralim Zhumashevich Elemessov is a Kazakhstani scientist and organizer of scientific research, a specialist in medicine, medical biophysics, and biotechnology, and the General Director of Batysmedtekhnika LLP. He is a leading developer of unique medical technologies that have no analogues in the world. His professional career, spanning over three decades, is closely associated with research in infrasound therapy, energy-information technologies, and medical equipment.
Early Years and Education
Nuralim Zhumashevich Elemessov was born on August 8, 1972. In 1993, he graduated with honors from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute with a degree in “Economics and Management in the Agro-Industrial Complex.” His passion for scientific research led him to pursue a second higher education: in 1996, he graduated from the Biological Institute of Tomsk State University with a degree in “Medical Biophysics.”
In 1997, at the Dissertation Council of the Biological Institute of TSU, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation on the topic “Energy-Information Homeostasis under Stress Conditions.”
Professional and Scientific Activity
Since 1992, Nuralim Zhumashevich Elemessov has been building his professional career in the fields of medicine and biotechnology. He became a partner, and later the managing partner, of Batysmedtekhnika LLP, a company specializing in the production of original medical equipment. His partners included prominent Kazakhstani scientists — Academician O.A. Kazakov and Professor V.M. Inyushin (both now deceased).
Under his leadership, the company developed and implemented a unique device in practical healthcare, the IFS-1 Infrasound Therapeutic Installation, which combined new scientific directions: the use of infrasound in medical-technical devices and energy-information technologies (efferent therapy) in clinical practice.
The device developed by the scientists received international recognition:
- In 1999, the IFS-1 device was awarded the Gold Medal at the Brussels Eureka International Invention Salon (Belgium);
- In 2000, the energy-information water “Infra Su” received a similar award.
His scientific and organizational activities include coordinating a wide range of medical and biological research with leading universities in Kazakhstan, Russia, and other countries. Significant studies include:
- Medical-biological assessment of the device’s potential (Kazakh National University, 2009–2010);
- Research on the use of IFS-1 in surgery (Kazakh National Medical University, 2010);
- Practical application of the device in treating arrhythmias (Siberian State Medical University, 2010);
- The first randomized clinical trials in Kazakhstan in the field of musculoskeletal system diseases (National Center of Labor Hygiene, Karaganda), trial protocol approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011;
- Reactivity of blood physiological parameters to infrasound exposure (National Center of Radiation Research and Technology, Cairo, Egypt, 2009);
- Modeling extracorporeal infrasound exposure on the human foot according to FDA (USA) standards (Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Minsk; L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana; ZMT Zurich MedTech AG, Switzerland, 2024).
In all the studies, Nuralim Zhumashevich Elemessov provided scientific and practical supervision.
International Activities
From 1999 to 2001, Elemessov studied at the Joint Vienna Institute (Austria) in the field of Neurophysiology, which strengthened his scientific expertise in neurophysiology, neuroendocrinology, neurobiology, and modern medical technologies.
He actively promotes the achievements of Kazakhstani science abroad. In 2014, he participated in a scientific-practical conference in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the IFS-1 device was recognized as the best medical equipment meeting the standards of Muslim Medicine.
Currently, under Nuralim Zhumashevich’s leadership, an international research team (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Switzerland, Sweden) has been formed, working to validate the effectiveness of the IFS-1 device according to FDA (USA) standards.
Professional Interests, Skills, and Scientific Areas
The main directions of Elemessov’s scientific work include medical biology, energy-information bioactivity, structured water, the laws of health and neurobiology, geographical medicine, quantum physics of elementary particles, and neurohumoral aspects.
He is proficient in English, actively applies ICT in his professional activities, and supports the development of innovations. He is interested in sports, medicine, and new technologies.
Social and Academic Position
Elemessov N.Zh. regularly delivers lectures for doctors and professional development specialists, participates in scientific and practical discussions, and implements new medical approaches in clinical practice.
He adheres to the Corporate Constitution of IAA and was elected as a corresponding member in May 2024.
