Akmatkulov Asylbek Akmatkulovich was born on July 1, 1950 in the village of Pravda Bazar-Korgon district of Jalal-Abad province in the family of a village teacher. In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of  мechanics and мathematics of the Kirghiz State University 50 years of the USSR (now the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn).

Yanovskaya Olga Alekseevna graduated with honors from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, specializing in "Labor Economics"; Graduated from the full-time post-graduate course of the Almaty Institute of National Economy and doctoral studies of the Kazakh Economic University (AINH); had defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences and doctor of economic sciences. She holds the academic title of Associate Professor and Professor of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1975 жылдан бастап еңбек қызметін халыққа білім беру саласында бастадым. Алғашында мұғалім, ал екі жылдан кейін мектеп директоры. 1979 жылдан бастап облыстық статистикалық басқарманың Есептік орталығы жұмысына ауыстым. Оператор болып бастадым, кейін инженер, бөлім меңгерушісі және облыстық статистикалық басқарманың Есептік орталығының орынбасары болып бітірдім.

1984 жылы Қазақ политехникалық институты жұмысына, ал 1985 ҚазССР ҒА тау ісі институтына ауыстым. Сырттай аспирантураны бітірдім және 1995 жылы кандидаттық «Кен орындарды математикалық моделдеу арқылы  карьердің рационалды параметрлерін негіздеу» тақырыбы бойынша диссертацияны қорғадым.

2000 жылдан бағалау институтының «экономист бағалаушы» мамандығы бойынша бітірдім. «Зияткерлік меншікті бағалау» тақырыбы бойынша диплом қорғадым.

2002 жылдан РМК «ҚР минералды шикізатты кешенді қайта өңдеу Ұлттық орталығында» ЖҒМ жұмыс істедім, жер қойнауын игеру жобалау лабораторияның меңгерушісі, негізгі кіші жүйелерін әзірлеуін қамтамасыз ету САПР-«Карьер» бойынша ҚР карьерлерінде тау жұмыстарын дамытудың ағымды және перспективалық жоспарлауы үшін қызмет еттім.

Was born in 1953 in Almaty. In 1970 graduated from the high school of Aisara village of Kokshetav region. In the same 1970 entered the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the Kazakh State University. In 1975 successfully graduated and received a diploma in "Mathematics".

Since 1975 started working in the field of public education. First as a teacher, and after couple of years as a school principal. Since 1979, moved to the Computing Center of the Regional Statistic Office. He started as an operator, then as an engineer, then moved to position of department head and finished as deputy head of the computing center of the regional administration.

In 1984 moved to the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, and in 1985 to the Institute of Mining of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences. He graduated from the correspondence postgraduate course and defended his thesis in 1995 on the topic "Justification of the rational parameters of the quarry by mathematical modeling of ore deposits."

In 2000 graduated from the Institute of Evaluation in the specialty of "economist appraiser". Defended diploma on the topic "Evaluation of intellectual property."

Since 2002 worked at the National Center for Complex Processing of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Subsoil Design Laboratory, which provides the development of the main subsystems for CAD-CARRIER for the current and long-term planning of the development of mining operations in the quarries of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was born in the province of Alaca in Çorum in 1967. He completed his primary and secondary education in Sungurlu.
