Was born in 1953 in Almaty. In 1970 graduated from the high school of Aisara village of Kokshetav region. In the same 1970 entered the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the Kazakh State University. In 1975 successfully graduated and received a diploma in "Mathematics".
Since 1975 started working in the field of public education. First as a teacher, and after couple of years as a school principal. Since 1979, moved to the Computing Center of the Regional Statistic Office. He started as an operator, then as an engineer, then moved to position of department head and finished as deputy head of the computing center of the regional administration.
In 1984 moved to the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute, and in 1985 to the Institute of Mining of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences. He graduated from the correspondence postgraduate course and defended his thesis in 1995 on the topic "Justification of the rational parameters of the quarry by mathematical modeling of ore deposits."
In 2000 graduated from the Institute of Evaluation in the specialty of "economist appraiser". Defended diploma on the topic "Evaluation of intellectual property."
Since 2002 worked at the National Center for Complex Processing of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Subsoil Design Laboratory, which provides the development of the main subsystems for CAD-CARRIER for the current and long-term planning of the development of mining operations in the quarries of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
