In 2000 he graduated with honours from Almaty College of Energy and Electronic Instrument Engineering (renamed in 2008 as the Municipal Government Enterprise «Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies") with a degree in Heat-and-power engineering facilities of Electric Power plants. In 2003 graduated from the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after Kanysh Satpayev (KazNTU) with a degree in Process automation. In 2009, he received a master's degree in business administration in specialty "Management" of the Almaty Management University and graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government in Moscow with a degree in Information Management (CIO).
He started his working activity in 1999 in JSC Yugspetsselmontazh, then worked at AYAT LLP, as an instrument technician. After completing his studies at KazNTU, he continued his career as a process automation system design engineer and programmer. In the period from 2010 to 2014, he adopted the pursuit of science and technical activities in subordinate organizations of the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided R&D support in JSC "Kazakhstan Center for Modernization and Development of Housing and Communal Services" and was the head of the Scientific and Research Laboratory in JSC "Kazakh Vodokanal Project". From 2005 to the present, he has been working in Invent Technology LLP and since 2015 he has been managed technical and innovative activities within the organization.
During the period of his working activity, various projects have been implemented to create systems for automation and control for more than 80 MW boiler plants, 1 combined heat and power station, more than 70 pumping stations, more than 50 electrical power supply systems, 2 oil pipelines, 1 oil refinery, 1 petroleum-storage depot, 1 National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1 ore mining and concentrating plant, 1 mining and metallurgical combine industrial complex, more than 10 municipal water utilities, more than 20 administrative and commercial buildings, more than 6 data centres, 1 amphitheatre (bleacher seating) and other projects. He participated in the development of state standard technical documents, financial feasibility studies, subordinate acts (by-laws), The Comprehensive plan to improve the energy efficiency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was a member of working groups on improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in terms of heat supply, water supply, gas supply, energy conservation, was a member of the Science & Technology Council of the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on JSC "Kazakh Vodokanal Project".
He supervised the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Scientific and Technical Programmes in the municipal services, approved by the National Scientific Council in the field of “Intellectual Potential of the country", which successfully passed the State Scientific and Technical Expertise Review and the Higher Scientific and Technical Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (HSTC). He is the author of recommended practice "Technical concept for the creation of automated water supply and drainage (disposal) control systems", agreed for practical implementation by the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan to create a unified approach for automation of water supply and drainage systems within the framework of the implementation of the Republican Budget program 029 "Technical and Economic Substantiation (TEO) for Investments in water supply and drainage systems". This document, at the concept design stage, made it possible to provide the necessary financing and lay down key engineering solutions for complete integrated automation of water organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are being implemented in practice today.
In 2016-2017, he implemented two Innovation Grants for the commercialization of technologies funded by JSC "National Agency for Technological Development" (NATD) of the Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period from 2010 till 2017, he became the winner of the Republican competition of Energy-Saving Projects in the categories "Integrated development of Housing and Utilities", "Smart Industry and Infrastructure", participating in the innovative technology festival "Techgardenfest 2015" and in the Information Technology" category, in the Competition "Open Innovations Startup Tour 2017" of the Skolkovo Foundation, Russia.
He has certificates of gratitude of JSC "Kazakh Vodokanal Project" and the Agency for Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is the author of more than 20 scientific papers, 4 computer software programs, 1 sociological study, 1 utility model patent, 8 certificates of copyright.
