Tukeshova Gulziza Esirkepovna, was born on April 22, 1965 in the Aktobe region in a family of teachers, a Kazakh woman. She graduated from high school in 1982.
From 1988-1993 she studied at the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V.I. Lenin, specializing in mining hydrogeological engineer.
From 1994-1998 she worked as a chemist in the Seismological Experimental and Methodological Expedition at the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1998, she entered full-time postgraduate study in hydrogeology and geophysics.
From 1999-2018 she worked at the Institute of Seismology of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the laboratory of the Fluid regime of the earth's crust. In 2015, the laboratory was renamed the Hydrogeodynamics Laboratory.
Carried out work to improve the network of hydrogeochemical and hydrogeodynamic points of regime observations at the Almaty prognostic range with the expansion of this network with the creation of new points and observation parameters.
She also established a regular exchange of information on daily observations between hydrogeochemical and hydrogeodynamic stations of the Bishkek, Tashkent and Urumchi test sites. This coordination of the observation network has led to an increase in the reliability and efficiency of the hydrogeological forecast of earthquakes in South-East Kazakhstan.
In 2001 she was accepted as an engineer of the 1st category, in 2004, in accordance with the recommendation of the attestation commission, she was transferred to a junior researcher, in 2006 she was transferred to a scientific worker, in 2012 she was transferred to a senior researcher.
In 2013 he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic: "The influence of external factors on the dynamic regime and gas-chemical compositions of groundwater (by the example of the Almaty seismically active region)" in the specialty "Hydrogeology", candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences, PhD.
In 2015, in accordance with the recommendation of the attestation commission, she was transferred by a leading researcher.
In 2017, she was appointed Head of the Laboratory of Hydrogeodynamics.
She was the curator and scientific and methodological leader of hydrogeochemical and hydrogeodynamic regime observations carried out in the Experimental Methodical Seismological Expedition and the Committee of Natural Resources in Kazakhstan in order to predict earthquakes. Currently, there are more than 20 such stations, and in the future they should significantly increase.
She was a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Seismology, scientific supervisor of graduate students, participated in the interdepartmental commission on earthquake prediction and takes an active part in the public life of the Institute of Seismology of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She took an active part in the implementation of contracts and scientific and technical cooperation in the field of seismology and earthquake forecasting between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China.
She was awarded with diplomas for the Day of Science of Kazakhstan in 2013 from the Republic of Kazakhstan Bilim Zhane Gylym Ministerliginin Gylymy Committee. Ormet diplomas.
In 2014, from "Parasat" Ulttyk Gylymi-Tekhnologii-Holdings "AҚ. Almaty. Alys khat.
In 2017 from the Institute of Seismology LLP. JSC "NCSN and I" is awarded the head of the laboratory of Hydrogeodynamics for scientific contribution and achievements in work. Diploma.
In 2018 to the present time I work in LLP "Alstrontelecom" as a consultant in the field of oil and gas.
The most important results of many years of scientific research by G.E. Tukeshova are in the following main aspects:
Long-term experimental field observation of changes in the gas and chemical composition and dynamic parameters of underground water-gas systems in connection with the preparation and implementation of strong earthquakes in the seismically active regions of the Tien-Shan seismically active belt was carried out at special forecasting sites in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the SUAR of the PRC.
Scientific analysis and generalization of hydrochemical seismic forecast studies in all the main seismically active regions have been carried out.
The author for the first time substantiated and improved the methodology for calculating the reduced groundwater level (Нpr). She took an active part in the preparation and writing of scientific and technical reports, reports and publications. In the course of work, the author has proposed a number of new methods for processing the data of hydrogeodynamic indicators with the isolation of anomalous components from the observed fields.
The author has more than 120 scientific papers and one patent, which were presented at international symposia on earthquake prediction, seismic hazard assessment and modern geodynamics.
She took an active part in international scientific conferences as the author of reports of the China-Kazakhstan symposia, the Kazakhstan-Russian, RAS in Bishkek, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The reports have been published in the respective journals with impfactors.
Under her leadership, 3 persons defended their dissertations.
Tukeshova G.E. took an active part in the project on the topic: "Implementation of measures aimed at preventing and eliminating the consequences of natural consequences, accidents and catastrophes in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and in the project "Comprehensive studies of seismic hazardous regions of the South-East of Kazakhstan and the development of the basis of an early warning system for earthquakes."
Was the project leader on the topic: "Development of a map of seismic microzoning of the territory of Almaty on a new methodological basis."
