Sarybek Nurshat Nurullauly was born on February 11, 1980 in South Kazakhstan.
Graduated from South Kazakhstan State University named after M.O. Auezov.
Received master’s degree Master of Business Administration in 2014.
Began career in 2003 as a leading specialist of the Technical Services Department of the Information Technology Department at the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2006, worked as the head of the Information Technology Department of the Almaty branch of the Almaty Post Office, Kazpost JSC.
In 2007, moved to National Information Technologies JSC as the head of the department for the creation of IT (information technologies), departments of government agencies of National Information Technologies JSC.
Since 2009, head of the Office of the Information and Analytical Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the fight against economic and corruption crime.
From 2012 to 2013, Deputy Director of the Department of Development of Information Systems of Statistics in the RSE on the PCV "Information and Computing Center of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics".
In 2015, held the position of Deputy Director of the RSE at RVP "Information and Information Center of the Committee on Statistics" of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since October 2018, was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of IT production of E-Finance Center JSC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Married. Has 3 children.
