Nurbayeva Nailya Abilkhasanovna, was born on October 3, 1956 in the village of Zevako-Zyryanovsky district of the East Kazakhstan region, the Republic of Kazakhstan. After graduating from high school in 1973, she entered the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute with a degree in Water Supply and Sewerage and graduated in 1978.
From 1978 to 1995, she worked at the Ekibastuz GRES-1 and GRES-2 as a foreman, foreman, site manager, PTO engineer and quality engineer. Since 1995, 2015 she worked at the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev as a senior lecturer, associate professor of the department "Life safety and environmental protection" and deputy dean for educational and methodological work.
In 2015, she was accepted as an associate professor at the Department of Ecology at the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin in Astana.
Currently I give lectures, conduct practical classes in the disciplines "Ecology and the basics of life safety", "Ecological aspects of natural science", "Fundamentals of system ecology", "Atmospheric air protection", "Water resources protection", GIS technologies in agriculture on Kazakh and Russian languages.
Under my guidance, annually 5-6 students of the specialties Ecology perform their theses.
During my work at KazATU named after S. Seifullin, I published textbooks for students on the disciplines "Environmental Monitoring" in Kazakh, Russian and English, "Industrial Ecology" in Russian and Kazakh, "Radiation Ecology", etc.
An individually written monograph "Problems of industrial waste storage" was published for students, undergraduates and doctoral students of all specialties.
I am the author of more than 80 scientific papers that have been published in information publications of national and international importance, I have an author's certificate for an invention and a pre-patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 5 certificates of state registration of rights to an object of copyright.
Constantly participated with presentations at scientific conferences in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
In 2019, she took advanced training courses abroad at the invitation of the French Academy of Sciences in Paris.
She graduated from the postgraduate course of the correspondence department in the specialty "Geoecology" 25.00.36 and in 2007 successfully defended her thesis on the topic: "Prevention of the migration of harmful substances from industrial waste into groundwater." She was awarded a medal in honor of the 20th anniversary of the Independence of Kazakhstan, a chest medal "The Best Teacher of the CIS-2021", the title of "Honored Worker of Science and Technology".
I am a member of the Republican Technical Council for the regulation of production and consumption waste, a member of the expert commission at the Textbook Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a member of the methodological Council of the faculty.
