Anna Yuryevna Bolgova was born on February 8, 1973, in the city of Aktau (formerly Shevchenko), Kazakh SSR, into a family of an oil industry worker and a communications engineer.
In 1982, her family returned to Almaty, where Anna continued her education at Secondary School No. 48. In 1990, she graduated from the School-Lyceum of Space and Natural Sciences. That same year, she enrolled in a teacher training college, majoring in Pedagogy and Psychology. She subsequently entered the third year of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology. Upon graduation, she obtained the qualification to teach such disciplines as pedagogy and psychology at colleges.
After graduating from the institute, she worked as a psychologist and educator at the Orthodox School “Radonezh” in Almaty. The theoretical and practical knowledge acquired from the institute’s faculty provided her with a solid foundation for developing professional experience in working with school-age children and their parents.
In 2003, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova completed additional training at the Institute of Practical Psychology under the Russian Academy of Sciences in St. Petersburg and received a certificate in “Psychology in Organizations.”
Following her training, she independently studied business psychology using academic and professional literature. She developed a series of training programs covering such topics as effective communication skills, conflict management, presentation skills, emotional intelligence, sales, and success.
She was invited by a consulting company to conduct business consultations and training programs for commercial organizations.
From 2005 to 2006, she completed additional professional training as a counseling psychologist at Novosibirsk State University of the Russian Federation.
From 2007 onward, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova worked both as a practicing psychologist and, drawing on her professional skills and expertise, in commercial organizations as a business trainer, coach, crisis manager, and HR Director.
Within the professional community, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova established herself as a highly qualified manager with well-developed communication skills and extensive knowledge of business psychology, business consulting, as well as the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has significant practical experience in both individual psychological counseling and business consulting.
As an expert psychologist, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova has contributed articles and expert publications to a number of popular magazines addressing readers of different age groups, including Spravochnik Kadrovika (HR column), Magazin (management), Vakansiya, Obuchenie, RDV, Vremya Molodykh, Mol, teens.kz, Afisha, and Creme Brulee.
Family holds a special place in Anna Yuryevna Bolgova’s life. Her husband, Denis Aleksandrovich Bolgov, has for many years been her reliable source of support in all her professional and personal endeavors. Both of their daughters successfully obtained higher education at universities and completed military training at the Military Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, earning the rank of Lieutenant. One specialized as a military journalist, while the other became a military psychologist.
Alongside her professional activities, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova devotes her leisure time to playing the piano and organizing family musical evenings with her children and parents.
Anna Yuryevna Bolgova is also actively involved in the public life of Almaty and the Republic of Kazakhstan, serving as an organizer, representative, and participant in various initiatives and events, including the public initiative Alma-Qala for planting Sievers apple trees under the auspices of the Paryz Public Foundation; the Toyqazan National Cuisine Festival of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, also held under the auspices of the Paryz Public Foundation; the Republican Book Festival Kitap Fest; and the Tea Masters Cup Kazakhstan championship.
At present, she continues her professional activities in business consulting, human resources management, and the development of direct and telephone sales strategies tailored to the needs of commercial organizations.
Anna Yuryevna Bolgova also provides private counseling, drawing on her extensive practical and theoretical experience in family counseling.
In June 2023, Anna Yuryevna Bolgova was elected a Corresponding Member of the International Informatization Academy (IIA). She has actively participated in the Academy’s scientific projects and international conferences.
