How iOS 14 will surprise: new details come up

In the update noticed a new fitness application, which is still known by the code name Seymour - in the release version it is likely to be called simply "Fitness." The program will not replace the system "Activity," it is developed as independent software for iOS 14, watchOS 7 and tvOS 14. Seymour will allow you to download video with lessons for trainings and simultaneously track user activity through Apple Watch.

iOS 14 will also have a new API, a PenciKit that will extend Apple Pencil usage scenarios, such as handwriting recognition and conversion. For example, the "grip" will be able to respond to messages and add notes in the calendar.

The extended capabilities will also iMessage the company, which essentially equates it with other modern messengers. For example, in chat rooms, you can tag a specific user, cancel sending a message, and mark messages as read. So far, these functions are only being tested and may not appear with the release of iOS 14.0.

 

Finally, Apple should still release long-awaited "beacons" AirTags to track any items through the Locator. The devices will be connected to the iPad and iPhone by air.

Among other features, improved mouse support for iPad, monitoring blood oxygen levels for the Apple Watch, is expected, although some smartwatches already work with this feature. Also in iOS 14 found confirmation that Apple is preparing full-size premium headphones.

At the end of February, the first video appeared, showing the working assembly of iOS 14. Apparently Apple is going to change the multitasking mode on its smartphones. The interface will look like iPad when viewing all open applications. Instead of one or two applications, users will be able to see four open programs at once and quickly switch between them or simply close them.
