Khabdullina Zauresh Kinayatovna, was born on 02.28.1959 in the village of Kirillovka, Volodarsky district, Kokchetav region in a large family. In 1976 I graduated from the Kazan secondary school, in 1983 - from the Pavlodar Industrial Institute with a degree in "Power supply of industrial enterprises and cities" and was sent as a young specialist to the Rudny Industrial Institute (RII). From 1983 to the present, I have been working at the RII.

From 1989 to 1993, I studied on a full-time internship and in graduate school at the Department of Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. In June 1993 I defended her Ph.D. thesis in the specialty “Electrical complexes and systems, including their control and regulation at the Moscow Power Engineering University.

At the university Khabdullin Z.K. worked: teacher, senior teacher, assistant professor, professor. From 1994 to 2008 - head of the Department of Power Supply and Electrical Engineering, from 2008 to 2010. - Vice-rector for scientific work and international relations. From 2010 to the present - Head of the Department of Electric Power and Heat Power Engineering.

In March 2013 I defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences: "Development of mathematical and information methods for modeling processes in electrical and geomechanical processes" in specialty 05.13.18 - "Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and a complex of programs" at the Institute "Automation and Information technologies "at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

I have been working in RII for 35 years and 7 months. The head of the department is over 20 years old. Vice-rector for science and international relations for 2 years.

 In the 2018 calendar year, according to the rating of teachers, I entered the TOP 50 scientists of the general rating of the teaching staff of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2018 (44th place).

According to the rating carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the educational programs of universities were assessed. RII educational programs were occupied by:

- 1st place - "Heat Power Engineering"

- 1st place "Technological machines and equipment"

- 5th place “Electricity.

According to the national rating by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating, the specialty "Power Engineering" took the 3rd place in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Awarded with a medal in honor of the "25th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

June 30, 2017 Awarded with a diploma from JSC National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise for high scientometric indicators and publication activity in the field of green energy; twice photo of Khabdullina Z.K. posted on the honor board of the city of Rudny 2008, 2015

 

Active scientific and pedagogical activity of Khabdullina Z.K. was highly appreciated: twice winner of the state grant "The best teacher of the university" - 2006, 2012;

I was awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan", 2009; Medal "Veteran of RII" in honor of the 50th anniversary of the university, 2009;

Awarded with a certificate of honor of JSC "KEGOC" RK "For active work on the training of highly qualified personnel", 2009;

I was awarded a letter of thanks to N.A. Nazarbayev “For great contribution to scientific activity in honor of the“ 10th anniversary of the independence of Kazakhstan ”, 2001;

I was the head of the executor of scientific research in the following areas;

- in 2009,I supervised a scientific research on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic "Technology of integrated energy conservation based on the rational use of renewable energy sources";

- in 2012 i was the head of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the themeU: "Energy saving in industry and housing and communal services based on the introduction of renewable energy sources";

From 2015 to 2017, I was the executor of the project "Development of energy-saving methods for optimizing the operating modes of power supply systems in order to minimize power and load losses" under a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011-2014, I headed the work on the implementation of the international Tempus project on the topic: "Eco-engineering - ecological treatment and sustainable use of renewable resources and bio-waste", which was assessed by the diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

More than 200 published scientific works have been published: there are 4 copyright certificates of state registration of rights to an object of copyright, 4 monographs, 15 articles included in the Scopus and Thomson Reuters databases; 27 articles in scientific journals recommended by the authorized body.

The Hirsch index is 7 for Scopus and 3 for Thomson Reuters.

The results of scientific research are reflected, 15 textbooks, 50 educational guidelines in Russian and the state language, introduced into the educational process of the following specialties: Electric power, Heat power, Professional training of real objects of Kazakhstan

The projects and research projects carried out under the supervision were awarded with the Diplomas of the Republican and international competitions in the specialties: "Power engineering", "Heat power engineering" and "Vocational training".

Over the past period, I underwent advanced training and has certificates in Almaty; Astana; Kingdom of Sweden; Riga; Turkey; Czech Republic, Germany ..

With the assistance of the Sarbaiskiye MES branch of KEGOC JSC, under the leadership, a training ground was introduced, where seven types of high-voltage switching equipment with a voltage above 1000V are located. The training ground conducts classes in energy disciplines of the specialty "Electric Power Engineering" and for specialties of the technical direction, studying electrical disciplines.

During the period of her work at the university, I assisted in the preparation and defense of a Ph.D. thesis to graduate students: A.V. Pishchur. Moscow; Leontyeva N.S. Almaty city; Kalieva K.Zh., Almaty; Mashkina S.V. Almaty city; Khabdullin A.B. Moscow.

More than 30 students with the huge assistance of Z.K. Khabdullina passed industrial practice under the IAESTE program in the Far Abroad: Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Germany, Spain, Finland, Greece, Sweden. And also 10 students from Germany, Tunisia, Thailand, Croatia, India, underwent an industrial internship under the IAESTE program at the department "EE&TE" RII.

Хабдуллина Зауреш Кинаятовна

Хабдуллина Зауреш Кинаятовна, родилась 28.02.1959 года в селе Кирилловка, Володарского района, Кокчетавской области в многодетной семье. В 1976 году окончила Казанскую среднюю школу,  в 1983 году – Павлодарский индустриальный институт по специальности «Электроснабжение промышленных предприятий и городов» и была направлена молодым специалистом в Рудненский индустриальный институт (РИИ). С 1983 года  по настоящее время  работаю в РИИ.

С 1989 года по 1993 год обучалась на очной стажировке и в аспирантуре на кафедре «Электроснабжение промышленных предприятий» Московского энергетического института. В июне 1993 года защитила кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности «Электрические комплексы и системы, включая их управление и регулирование в Московском энергетическом университете.

В вузе Хабдуллина З.К. работала: преподавателем, старшим преподавателем, доцентом, профессором. С 1994 г. по 2008 г. – заведующей кафедры «Электроснабжения и электротехники», с 2008 г. по 2010г. – проректором по научной работе и международным связям. С 2010 г. по настоящее время – заведующая кафедрой «Электроэнергетики и теплоэнергетики».

В марте 2013 года защитила диссертацию на соискание ученой степени доктор технических наук: «Разработка математических и информационных методов моделирования процессов в электротехнических и геомеханических процессах» по специальности 05.13.18 – «Математическое моделирование, численные   методы и комплекс программ» в институте «Автоматики и информационных технологий» при Национальной академии наук Кыргызской республики.

Работаю в РИИ 35 лет и 7 месяцев. Заведующей кафедры более 20 лет. Проректором по науке и международным связям 2 года.

 В 2018 календарном году по проведенному рейтингу преподавателей вошла в ТОП 50 ученых генерального рейтинга ППС вузов Республики Казахстан – 2018 (44 место).

По рейтингу проведенному Министерством образования и науки РК совместно с Национальной палатой предпринимателей РК «Атамекен» проведена оценка образовательных программ вузов. Образовательные программы РИИ  заняли:

- 1 место – «Теплоэнергетика»

- 1 место «Технологические машины и оборудование»

- 5 место «Электроэнергетика.

Согласно национального рейтинга Независимым Агентством аккредитации и рейтинга специальность «Электроэнергетика» заняла 3 место в Республике Казахстан.

Награждена медалью в честь «25-летия Независимости Республики  Казахстана»; 

30 июня 2017г. награжден дипломом АО «Национальный центр государственной научно-технической экспертизы» за высокие наукометрические показатели и публикационную активность в области «зеленой» энергетики; дважды фотография Хабдуллиной З.К. размещена на доске почета г. Рудного 2008г., 2015г.

Активная научно-педагогическая деятельность Хабдуллиной З.К. получило высокую оценку: дважды обладатель государственного гранта «Лучший преподаватель вуза» - 2006г, 2012г.;

Награждена  нагрудным знаком «Почетный работник образования в РК», 2009г.; медалью «Ветеран РИИ» в честь 50-летия вуза, 2009г.;

Награждена   почетной грамотой АО «КЕGOC» РК «За активную работу по подготовке высококвалифицированных кадров», 2009г;

Награждена благодарственным письмом Н.А. Назарбаева «За большой вклад в научную деятельность в честь «10-летия независимости Казахстана», 2001г.; 

Являлась руководителем исполнителем научных исследований по следующим напвралениям;

  • в 2009 г. руководила научным исследованием по МОН РК на тему «Технология комплексного энергосбережения на основе рационального использования возобновляемых источников энергии»;
  • в 2012 г. являлась руководителем по гранту МОН РК на темУ:«Энергосбережение в промышленности и жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве на основе внедрения возобновляемых источников энергии» ;

С 2015 по 2017  год являлась исполнителем проекта «Разработка энергосберегающих методов оптимизации режимов работы систем электроснабжения с целью минимизации потерь мощности и нагрузки» по  гранту МОН РК.

В 2011-2014 году возглавляла работу по реализации международного проекта «Темпус» на тему: «Эко-инжиниринг - экологическая обработка и устойчивое использование возобновляемых ресурсов и био-отходов», которая оценена дипломом МОН РК.

Опубликовано более 200 опубликованных научных работ: имеются 4 авторских свидетельства о государственной регистрации прав на объект авторского права, 4 монографии, 15 статей входящих в базу данных компании Scopus и Thomson Reuters; 27 статей  в научных изданиях рекомендуемых уполномоченным органом.

Индекс Хирша по Scopus равен 7, а по Thomson Reuters  равен 3.

Результаты научных исследований отражены, 15 учебных пособиях, 50 УМКД на русском и государственном языке, внедренных в учебный процесс специальностей: Электроэнергетика, Теплоэнергетика, Профессиональное обучение реальных объектов Казахстана

Проекты и научно- исследовательские работы, выполненные по руководством удостоены Дипломов Республиканского и международного конкурсов по специальностям: «Электроэнергетика», «Теплоэнергетика» и «Профессиональное обучение».

За истекший период прошла повышение квалификации и имеет сертификаты Алматы; Астаны; Королевство Швеции; Рига; Турция; Чешская Республика, Германия..

При содействии филиала «Сарбайские МЭС» АО «KEGOC» под руководством внедрен «Учебно­-тренировочный полигон», на котором размещена высоковольтная коммутационная аппаратура семи наименований, напряжением выше 1000В. На полигоне проводятся занятия по энергетическим дисциплинам специальности «Электроэнергетика» и для специальностей технического направления, изучающих электрические дисциплины.

За период работы в вузе оказала содействие в подготовке и защите кандидатской диссертации аспирантам: Пищур А.В. г. Москва; Леонтьева Н.С. г.Алматы; Калиева К.Ж., г. Алматы; Машкина С.В. г. Алматы; Хабдуллин А.Б. г. Москва.

Более 30 студентов при огромном содействии Хабдуллиной З.К. прошли производственную практику по программе IAЕSTE в Дальнем зарубежье: Венгрия, Чехословакия, Польша, Германия, Испания, Финляндия, Греция, Швеция.  А также 10 студентов из Германии, Туниса, Тайланда, Хорватии,  Индии, прошли производственную стажировку по программе IAЕSTE на кафедре «ЭЭиТЭ» РИИ.
