Tynalina Gulbarshin, kazakh, was born in 1959 in Almaty.

My career began after graduating from technical school in 1977, from 1977 to 1989 as a technician, senior technician, engineer, senior engineer of design institutes in Almaty,

from 1989 to 2001, instructor, senior consultant, head of the department of organizational and international work of the Central Committee of Trade Unions of Working Mining and Metallurgical Industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

from 2001 to 2008 - Head of Division, Deputy Director-Chief State Labor Inspector of the Department for Control and Social Protection in Almaty, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

from 2008 to 2011 - Director of the State Center for Paying Pensions in Almaty, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

 from 2011 to 2012 - head of the department, head of the administration for control and social protection in the Almaty region of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

from 2012 to 2016 - President of JSC "Republican Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center" of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2016 to 2017 - the head of the economy, the head of the department of pensions of the Department of Control and Social Protection in the Alma-Ata region of the Committee for Control, Social Protection and Migration of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2017 to present director of the branch "Southern" of the State Enterprise Republican Scientific Research Institute of Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 24, 2010, the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. The theme of the thesis is "Labor Protection: Assessment and forecast of occurrence of accidents at construction enterprises in Almaty".

May 17, 2018 was elected a full member of the International Academy of Informatization,

Married since 1979, have two children and two grandchildren.

Тыналина Гульбаршин Бейсековна 1959 года рождения, казашка, уроженка города Алматы. 

Свою трудовую деятельность начала после окончания техникума в 1977 году, с 1977 по 1989 годы техником, старший техник, инженер, старший инженер проектных институтов г. Алматы,

 с 1989 по 2001 годы  инструктор, старший консультант, заведующая отделом организационной  и международной работы Центрального Комитета профсоюзов трудящихся горно-металлургической промышленности Республики Казахстан;

с 2001 по 2008 годы – начальник отдела, заместитель директора - главный государственный инспектор труда Департамента по контролю и социальной защиты по г. Алматы Министерства труда  и социальной защиты населения Республики Казахстан;

с 2008 по 2011 годы -   директор Государственного центра по выплате пенсий по г. Алматы Министерства труда  и социальной защиты населения Республики Казахстан;

 с 2011 по 2012 годы -  начальник  отдела, начальник управления Департамента по контролю и социальной защите по Алматинской области  Министерства труда  и социальной защиты населения Республики Казахстан.

с  2012  по  2016  годы - президент АО «Респукбликанский протезно-ортопедический центр» Министерства труда , социальной защиты и здравоохранения  Республики Казахстан.

С 2016  по  2017  годы - заведующая хозяйством, начальник отдела пенсионого обеспечения Департамента контроля и социальной защиты по  Алмаатинской области Комитета по контролю , социальной защиты и миграции  Министерства труда , социальной защиты и здравоохранения  Республики Казахстан.

С 2017 по н/в -  директор  филиала «Южный» РГКП Республиканский научно-исследовательский институт охраны труда Министерства труда и социальной защиты Республики Казахстан.

24 февраля 2010 года Комитетом по контролю в сфере образования и науки Республики Казахстан присуждена ученная степень кандидат технических наук. Тема диссертации «Охрана труда: Оценка и прогноз возникновения несчастных случаев на строительных предприячтиях города Алматы».

17 мая 2018 года  избрана действительным членом   Международной академии информатизации,

С 1979 года замужем, двое детей, двое внуков.
